Level 1
LEVEL1 is an introductory EFT workshop which provides a solid foundation in EFT theory and application. Important key topics: Being SPECIFIC, Shifting Aspects, Global issues and how to break them into SPECIFIC treatable events, the need for Persistence and Testing, the Generalization Effect and how to deal with strong emotions. Tools to increase your EFT effectiveness will be taught including the Movie Technique, Tell A Story and The Personal Peace Procedure. A significant amount of time will be spent having attendees tap for their own issues, for example physical pains or discomforts, cravings or a bothersome specific memory. 8 CEs available for MFTs, LCSWs and RNs.
Level 2
LEVEL 2 will cover: a brief review of Level 1 concepts. Principles from The Palace of Possibilities • Additional tapping points • Ways to inject more gentleness into the procedure: The Tearless Trauma Technique - Chasing the Pain - Sneaking up on the problem • Ways to find Core Issues • Addressing physical issues •Testing Results • Working by Telephone • Delivering EFT in groups. IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE: Satisfactory completion of an Approved Level 1 workshop. OR, in the opinion of the workshop presenter, has sufficient EFT knowledge and experience to allow waiving the Level 1 requirement. A test will be provided to demonstrate that at minimum you have studied The EFT Basic Course. This waiver is done on an individual basis and is to be granted ONLY in cases where the participant’s understanding of the Level 1 principles is CLEARLY demonstrated. Level 3
LEVEL 3 “Art of Delivery” workshop is for Level 2 Practitioners who want to develop their skills to Expert Level. This is an advanced and very experiential class. Learn how to re-program your energy system for peace and acceptance • Reframing • Using intuition • Identifying Core Beliefs • Use of NLP sub-modalities • Using hypnotic language • Archetypes • Metaphors • When EFT does not work • Understanding the Apex • Creating a positive future • Using Affirmations and Tailenders to help the client to decide on how they want their future to be and clearing blocks in the way of achieving that. IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE: Satisfactory completion of an Approved Level 2 workshop. 24 CEs available for MFTs, LCSWs and RNs.
